Home Again, Home Again....

So glad to be home from our little vacation. The good news is my sons hockey team won the tournament for his division. The bad news is I did not get a chance to scrap while I was away,I stayed very busy. I am getting back on track now and getting some things done. First is a sketch from Sassy Lil Sketches
and here is my take on this
next is a lift from XOXO girls and I lifted Linda Harper here is my layout for this lift
and lastly is a couple of layouts from The Scrappiest I picked this sketch to use
and over at Sketches In Thyme it is open challenge so I used this sketch for this as well

3 Thousand and 21 other .....

things I am trying to find to do instead of packing and getting ready for our hockey/vacation. I love going on hockey trips (usually) and I love, love watching my son play travel hockey. I love his intensity, his hockey smarts, and his drive. I cannot however stand the parents this year. It has been a long miserable year. This is the last trip and we are almost done with this season....thank goodness. So, I have put off packing as long as I can and I have scrapped some more (which by the way, I am taking my supplies with me.)This first layout was a scraplift of Ana White for XOXO Girls I also included Scrapfits new challenge #38 into this one as well.
I also did another lift from XOXO Girls and I lifted Laura O'Donnell
Next, I did a layout using one of Liz Chidester's sketches

and I combined it for a challenge over at Frosted Designs

I got a little time to scrapbook today and wanted to share with all. First is a card I made using a sketch from Sassy Lil Sketches and I combined it with The Paper Variety to make this cupcake card
I also used another sketch from Sassy Lil Sketches and made another card for Valentines Day
I also decided to play along over at XOXO Girls...I have never played there before, so I thought it would be fun I lifted Kimmy Jaster
I also wanted to finish up this post with my layouts I have done with using the Juicy Kit from Sweet Peach Crop Shop

I was so excited....

when I got the word that I had the day off today. That always makes me do the happy dance. Guess what I did today? That's right I scrap booked. I did a few more challenges that were out there. First up is one for Paper Variety and they showed this picture
and you were supposed to do a project inspired from that picture and this is what I came up with

I also used this layout for this months challenge over at Crop Suey. This months challenge is to use 9 items on your layout and while some might think it is hard, it's not really. My 9 items are...Card stock, Patterned Paper, Spray Mist, Black Zig Writer Pen, Picture, Journal Card, Button,Brad,Alpha Stickers, ohhh okay so I used more than nine. Last one.... I did this layout for Sketch Inspiration here is the sketch

Still Snowed In...

and I was off work again today...Gotta love that! So I scrapped again, a girl could get used to this. I did a few more things using Sassy Lil Sketches.. Sketch's and here are the sketches I used...

Snowed & Iced in.....

What's a girl to do? Well scrap of course. That is exactly what I did today. I had the day off today, my son kept himself occupied and hubby trudged to work. It looks like I might have the next few days off, keeping my fingers crossed. We are getting hit pretty hard with the ice right now here in the Midwest and next is the snow. They are reporting up to 24 inches. I worked on some of my Design Team stuff....I will show that work soon. I also worked on just random stuff today while playing along on some challenge sites.
