Playing In Paradise....

I found my way over to this place called Scrapbooker's Paradise and they had a sketch contest using a Becky Fleck sketch for either a layout or card. The prize that you could win is one of Beck Fleck's Pagemaps books. Gotta love that. Here is the sketch:

crafting in today, which makes me happy. The first one I did was for Sketchy Thursday and I was getting down to the wire on this one.
Next I made this Christmas Card for Sketches In Thyme speaking of....my card I did the other day was picked for the top three over there :)

So I found...

a couple of new blogs that are really great. So I decided to play along. The first one is The Kraft Journal and this one fits my style. I love Kraft paper. The next one is Sketches In Thyme and guess what I love sketches. So for this card I combined both blogs I used the sketch from Sketches In Thyme and using Kraft cardstock and doing a Christmas project from The Kraft Journal

Tis The Season.....

So yesterday I posted I was not in the mood to do Christmas stuff, I am still not really. So I decided today to turn the local radio station on ( they are playing Christmas music 24/7 ) Well I started to feel a little jolly....but then I found this site The Paper Variety and then I was really in the mood to do a Christmas layout. This is my son a few years back with his visit with Santa. For this challenge I did a layout, made a banner and scrapped a holiday.

SO I Know....

It is almost Christmas...but I am still in the mood to scrap Halloween. Okay I just don't want to come to terms that Christmas is only a few weeks away and I have no shopping done. Anyways here is a layout I have done for Sketchy Thursdays
