aaaahhh CAPPELLA

this is the most beautiful paper ever I think Basic Grey has come out with. I am very picky about the papers I use to scrap pictures of my wedding day ( not that I had a church wedding, or huge reception) but those pictures are very important to me. Basic Grey's Cappella line has sure fit the mold for me on this. Basic Grey's...

Max and Whiskers is so adorable, I had to get it. I was drawn to the colors. I don't take pictures of my dog Libby (not sure why) I have a couple of her and any time she sees the camera she hides. I did do a layout about T's first job at Petco and based it off of....yep you guessed it a Liz Qualman sketch which you can find here...http://lizqualman.blogspot.com/ and I did sketch #42 for this one.

Mixing it up a bit...

I decided to mix up some papers a bit for this layout. This is a picture of me and T together the other week and I wanted to do a layout about how thankful I am on having her call me Mom. Honors...

I had time to cut into this beautiful paper from Basic Grey. I am in love with this new line. I am not usually a soft and subtle person, I usually love bold and grungy papers. I did this layout of T's Honor society certificate and cords and candle. It was a very special moment for me as a mother. Happy Monday....

I hope all you Mom's out there had a Happy Mother's Day. I had a wonderful Mother's Day. I had a wonderful weekend. I did not scrap any over the weekend but I did manage to squeeze in one project. It was a altered piece I seen someone do so I lifted the idea and thought it would be a pefect gift for my dad's wife for Mother's Day.On to other news..... I won over at http://lizqualman.blogspot.com/ I am so happy with that news.

When One Door Closes.....

Special Night....

Last night was a special night for my daughter. She had her banquet for National Honor Society. I am so proud of her. It was a really special moment for all of us. Out of a graduation class of 500 there were 55 chosen. I just want to say....I love you T, and good job. You make me very proud.
