We're asking you to "Trash Those Layouts"!!! What the heck does that mean?? We want to see how you use your scraps or maybe even recycled items on your layouts. Should be interesting!! Can't wait to see what you create!!

Here is what I did with this challenge...

I used cardboard on my layout as well as some painting with bubble wrap and used up bits of scraps.

In other scrappy news today...my debut over at Scrapfit has been published and can't wait to get started on sharing these challenges with you folks.

So, I bet you're wondering what the heck is this weeks challenge about? Denise came up with a FAB idea!! It's a recipe challenge, but not a crafty recipe!! We're going all out with REAL recipes this week!! We want you to share your recipes with us - food, drink, bath salts, body rubs - that sort of thing!! Something that we can all try ourselves!! You'll see a lot of different idea's from the DT, so have fun hopping around to visit us all and then come on back and be sure to share your recipe!! We have another giveaway from Stacia this week!!

New Member...

has been added to Scrapfit and she is the famous Diana Fisher. You all may know her from Sketchy Thursday or Imaginiscene Team, Blog Coordinator for the Scrapbook Circle kit club, and a part of the Paper Issues creative team, Creating Keepsakes, Paper Crafts Magazine and CARDS Magazine, as well as many online publishing and guest DT opportunities. Here is my example for this challenge on how we celebrated New Years
We as a family usually do not do anything on New Years Eve, but this year we went to a friends house to ring in the New Year. This is proof that you had a good time when the kitchen looks like this the next day!!

Getting to Know You...

The first of many new challenges has been posted over at Lasting Memories. Show us something about YOU!! I know, sounds easy, but this one can be tough!! We can't wait to see what you create!! I always find it difficult to scrap pictures of me. I never like the way I look in pictures ( I guess cause the camera always adds pounds) anyways I did have a few silly pictures of me and the kids and of course for anyone that knows me and my personality...this fits.
