Weekend Warm-Up - Stickers

Good Thursday morning, ScrapFIT scrappers! It's June 7th (already!) which means it's time for our monthly Warm-Up. This one may require you to dig in your old stash a bit. And you know you have tons of older scrappy goodness just lying around waiting to be used, right? I know I do! This workout is all about using up STICKERS. Use stickers as embellishments...use pop dots to give them dimension...create scenes with them...be creative! Alphas do not count. ScrapFit wants to see you use up your stickers in a fun & creative way! You have until June 18th to upload your layout to ScrapFit. If your project is chosen as our winner, you will be featured in our guest FITGirl Spotlight! It's a great way for everyone to see your work and get to know you. Also, stay tuned for our next Step Class, coming up on June 8th!

LMCB #91- Fancy Folds

This weeks challenge is all about folding. How do you fold and what fancy folds do you like to add to your LO? We are really excited to see what you come up with and learn new things this week. In honor of Karen's son's 16th birthday - Karen is offering up a surprise goody bag of scrappin' fun this week! Here is my example of my folding flower... Mist Mania

Step Class #4 How to make a Doily Flower

How to make a doily flower step class is up and posted over at ScrapFit. It is sooooo simple and goes very well with ScrapFIT's Workout #67---decorate with a doily! The best part is that is you make a doily flower for your project and enter it here, you can also enter it for the Workout #67 challenge!

Retreat Weekend...

I spent the past weekend with a couple of friends at a scrapbooking retreat and I had a fantastic time. I did not get all that much done but it's all about having fun, making new friends and making memories. I did manage to do a layout for a sketch challenge site I found it is called Sketchbook 365 and it was a great sketch from Morag Cutts

WWU and LMCB

This month's WWU over at ScrapFit focuses on FUSSY CUTTING. All you have to do is create a layout, card or other project that has some FUSSY CUTTING on it. This means we take patterned paper and cut out flowers, leaves, vines or any other design that you'd like to use. That's all you have to for this challenge. It has to be more than just a circle or square...cut out something with detail (hence the term "fussy"...hehe!) Have fun with it! You have until Friday, May 18th to play along. ScrapFit will announce the winner on May 19th. If you win, we will feature you in our Guest FITGirl Spotlight on May 26th! Remember, you can also have another chance to win by playing along with our Step Class, which is coming up on May 8th. Don't miss it!
